Returns & exchanges
At Pipa Rose, each piece is made in small quantities and with great care. We encourage our customers to order thoughtfully and to reach out with any questions regarding sizing or fit before placing an order.
If your piece isn't quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply email us at bonjour@piparose.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the process.
Eligibility
To be accepted, returned items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In perfect condition

Returned with their original tags attached
Please note that all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our atelier and has been carefully inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would prefer a different size, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Faulty items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bonjour@piparose.com, including your order number and photographs of the issue.
