We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are: unworn and unwashed, returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Exchange shipping costs are paid by the customer

How to exchange an item:
Email us at bonjour@piparose.com with your order number and the item or size you wish to receive. We will provide return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to arrange payment for the new shipment and any price difference. The exchanged item will be shipped once payment is completed.
