Handmade on the French Riviera, each Pipa Rose piece is crafted with intention and care. Produced in small quantities, our collections reflect a slower approach to fashion, one that values quality over excess.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. As some pieces are made to order, dispatch times may vary. Every order is prepared and shipped from Nice, France, with the utmost attention to detail.

Once ready, your order is carefully packaged in a cardboard box and placed inside a protective bag. Our packaging is sourced in Europe and made from 90% recycled, FSC-certified materials. It is plastic-free, fully recyclable, and the bio bag naturally biodegrades when exposed to air, light, moisture, and microbes.

All orders are shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way. Shipping fees are calculated based on order value and parcel size. Delivery times range from 1 day to up to 4 weeks and are estimates provided by our shipping partners.

If a parcel is delayed or goes missing, we will do our best to assist you in following up with the carrier. Once a parcel has been marked as delivered, any further steps will need to be taken directly with the shipping company.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these charges in advance. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees, related VAT will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed once the returned parcel is received in our studio.
