Each piece is thoughtfully made in our Paris atelier. As many of our designs are handmade and produced on demand, creation may take up to 21 days during periods of high demand. This allows us to work carefully and avoid overproduction.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from Paris within a maximum of 3 weeks (excluding weekends), depending on production time and order volume.

Once ready, your order is carefully packaged in a cardboard box and placed inside a protective bag. Our packaging is sourced in Europe and made from 90% recycled, FSC-certified materials. It is plastic-free, fully recyclable, and the bio bag naturally biodegrades when exposed to air, light, moisture, and microbes.

All orders are shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way. Shipping fees are calculated based on order value and parcel size. Delivery times range from 1 day to up to 4 weeks and are estimates provided by our shipping partners.

If a parcel is delayed or goes missing, we will do our best to assist you in following up with the carrier. Once a parcel has been marked as delivered, any further steps will need to be taken directly with the shipping company.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these charges in advance. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees, related VAT will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed once the returned parcel is received in our studio.
