These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) are entered into between:

Any individual of legal age wishing to make a purchase via the website www.piparose.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).
 

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the sale of products offered on the Pipa Rose Paris website and define the rights and obligations of the parties throughout the ordering process.

The applicable Terms are those in force at the time the order is placed.
By validating an order on the website, the Customer fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms.
 

2. Products

Products are offered while stocks last.

In the event of product shortages, made-to-order production, or periods of high demand, Pipa Rose Paris reserves the right to extend dispatch times.
The Customer will be informed by email should a significant delay occur.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer may choose to:

• receive a refund, or

• exchange the product for another item, subject to availability.

Pipa Rose Paris makes every effort to present products as accurately as possible.
Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute contractual elements.

3. Prices

All prices are indicated in euros (€).

VAT is not applicable under article 293B of the French General Tax Code.

Shipping costs are not included in product prices and are displayed before final order validation.
 

4. Payment

Payment is made securely online via:

• Wix Payments

• Stripe

• PayPal

Pipa Rose Paris does not store full payment details.
 

5. Order confirmation

Once payment has been accepted, the Customer receives an order confirmation by email.
The sale is considered final at this stage.
 

6. Delivery
Dispatch & delivery times

Orders are shipped from Paris, France.

Dispatch generally occurs within 3 weeks from the order date (excluding weekends and public holidays). This timeframe may be extended in the case of product shortages or high order volume.

Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier and destination.

Once shipped, the Customer receives a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Pipa Rose Paris cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier after dispatch.

Shipping responsibility

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility lies with the carrier.
The Customer must contact the carrier directly in the event of non-receipt.

Pipa Rose Paris will assist in opening an investigation if a parcel is lost but cannot be held liable if delivery is confirmed.

Customs & duties (outside EU)

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the Customer.

If such charges are refused and the parcel is returned, related costs may be deducted from any refund once the parcel is received and inspected.
 

7. Right of withdrawal, returns & exchanges

In accordance with EU consumer law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to request a return or exchange.

Returned items must be:

• unworn and unwashed

• in perfect condition

• returned in their original packaging

Returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
 

Exchanges

All exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Exchange requests must be made by email before sending any item.
 

Returns & refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
 

8. Defective products

If an item arrives defective, the Customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery, providing:

the order number

clear photos of the defect

This applies only to items that arrive defective and does not include damage caused by normal wear, improper use, or failure to follow care instructions.
 

9. Care instructions

Due to the delicate nature of our products, hand washing is strongly recommended.

Failure to follow care instructions may affect the lifespan of the item and void applicable guarantees.
 

10. Legal guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects provided by French law.

These guarantees do not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

11. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.
 

12. Liability

Pipa Rose Paris cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or inconvenience resulting from website use, delivery delays, or Internet network disruptions.

Liability shall not be engaged in cases of force majeure.
 

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall first be addressed amicably.
Failing this, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.
